Highly recommend! I've never been a fan of dental work, but was encouraged to give this practice a try. Kerri at the front was warm, welcoming, and helped make sure all details were ironed out when I first arrived. On my way out, she was able to get my follow-up appointments scheduled with ease and with what worked best for my personal schedule. Tiffeny was a fantastic hygienist . Talked me through each step, what she was doing next, and I barely noticed much of the cleaning being done (where I've previously felt fumbling and discomfort at other practices). Dr. Rahim was very thorough, knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through some plan options for follow-up work. An overall great experience with very professional staff!

Dr. Rahim in my opinion is an outstanding dentist who pays incredible attention to detail. One of the things that struck me the most was Dr. Rahim's approachable personality. Despite his extensive knowledge and expertise, he was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He listened attentively to my concerns and answered all of my questions patiently. He kept me distracted during injections as well and I almost even forgot I was getting freezing! I felt valued as a patient and appreciated the way he made me feel at ease throughout my visit. I used to live in Walnut Grove and was a patient of the former dentist that Dr. Tschach took over the practice from. Upon moving to White Rock 18 years ago, I continued making the trek for my checkups and cleanings because of the quality care I have received. The office staff is second to none and I always enjoy conversing with them while I am awaiting my appointments. Many people I know can't quite understand why I am always looking forward so much to going to the dentist, so I tell them it is like visiting really good friends you haven't talked to for 6 months. Also, no one can get those coffee stains off of teeth better than Roberta! And she, like the office staff, always remembers details from previous conversations and we always share a lot of chuckles.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Steve Tschach and his great team. Their patient care is first class. Over the years they have proven to be a patient first dentist. I have nothing but good things to say about the friendly and courteous staff.
